The Lakeside Hotel has a beautiful setting right by the lake, and the staff were quite accommodating. Our room was lovely and offered a delightful view, but the spa experience was disappointing, especially during the afternoon tea. The facilities provided for relaxation were great, but some areas like cleanliness in the changing rooms were not up to par, which hindered the overall experience.
