Charming Lakeside Retreat
brasserie food lovely view good spa
The free coffee, tea, and biscuits in my room were certainly welcome. I appreciated the brasserie food, it was delicious. The restaurant overlooks the lake and garden. The spa facilities are good and I had a generally relaxing time.

The swimming pool provides a nice option . it sometimes gets quite crowded, especially during peak hours. There are three saunas, yet only two were functional at the time of my visit, a little disappointing. An external hot tub and jacuzzi complete the offerings.

Breakfast is buffet style, and it includes a plentiful selection of cereal, pastry, fresh fruit, and a full English or continental spread . Freshly cooked options can be ordered. The Brasserie offers excellent food in the evening.

I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Their attention to detail enhanced the visit. The team seemed dedicated and professional, which helped to create a cute atmosphere.

The rooms are comfortable and of a good size, allowing enough space to move around without feeling cramped. I had a nice room. Fresh supplies of towels, slippers, and gowns are available in the room.

the spa facilities impressed me. there was an indoor jacuzzi and a steam room. the thermal spa outside featured two saunas at different temperatures.
the dairy free options were disappointing. the dairy free sandwiches used dry white bread and had meager fillings. the scones were very dry with only jam available.

cute staff beautiful views
i found the food to be quite nice. the staff was cute, and the spa was well-equipped. the hotel setting offered beautiful views (especially in the morning).
the car park had weeds growing in some paved areas.
